Starbucks Loves You This Valentine's Day

Valentine’s Day just got serious. Perhaps, even a little dangerous. There is a 100% chance that your Valentine will accept being your Valentine if you bring one of the new Starbucks drinks along with you to pop the question. Who in this world would turn down a Molten Chocolate Frappuccino?

Starbucks made coffee and chocolate do some dirty things to each other to come up with this flavor. From February 8th to February 14th, you can buy a latte, frappucino or hot chocolate topped with mocha and espresso-infused whipped cream with espresso mocha drizzle.

Walk over to Starbucks. Bring your girl or your guy. When ordering, make sure to say “Molten Chocolate Latte” real slow. Keep eye contact. Now give them a wink.

It is said that chocolate releases the same chemical in your body that the feeling of being in love does. So whether you’re alone and want to feel loved, or you want to make your special someone’s day begin with that warm, fluttery feeling before your plans even start, Starbucks has you covered.

Back up Russell Stover assorted chocolates. Everyone knows they will just take a bite of each and then throw it out. Those heart-shaped candies? They don’t taste like anything. Who knows how to eat them anyway?

You don’t want to give your Valentine a heart shaped candy- they’ll end up looking utterly confused. If you really think I’m the cutest, why are you making me eat this? Do I have to eat this? They might end up coughing in front of you while trying to swallow it like a pill in order to forgo actually tasting the thing. You’ll be left staring at them with naive eagerness, waiting for them to say something.

Have your barista write something sweet on the cup instead of relying on the generic candy messages.

Starbucks has made you both a safety net and a jumping off point for your special day. The rest is up to you.
